Awesome Quotes is back! (Yay!). Sorry for the little delay but I had a bit of an internet connection-related snafu.
So, today’s (well, actually yesterday’s) theme for Awesome Quotes is quotes that are undeniably true and totally apply to life. They just convey the truths of life in the best way possible. You may just crack up at how uncanny the resemblance with your life is, or at how it may feel that the author of the quote can read your mind or has secret cameras that record your life. Or the quote may push you into a state of thinking where you contemplate a lot of things, only to realise your food’s burning on the stove. Either way, they move you. So have fun, and those that are thinkers, make sure you’re not cooking while reading this.
Also, quick update: this feature’s name has been altered to simply ‘Awesome Quotes’ (from ‘Awesome Quotes I Came By’) for the sake of brevity.
“The only normal people are the ones you don’t know very well.” – Alfred Adler
If you’ve made a really good friend over time, you’ll understand this.

“For after all, the best thing one can do when it’s raining is to let it rain.” – Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Again, acceptance, and letting go.

That’s who really matters.
“A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge.” – Tyrion Lannister (Game of Thrones)
Aaand that’s it for this edition of Awesome Quotes! Usually I would say, “Come back next Friday for the next edition of Awesome Quotes!” but I’m going to be out of town holidaying away the Christmas so Awesome Quotes will return on the 26th of December. Sit tight, and happy holidays to ya’ll!
